Examining the structure and content of the social
sonnet
From the constitutional era to the present era

Abstract
After the formation of the constitutional revolution, poetry entered the social
arena more and more, and poets brought political-social issues and problems to
the ears of the people through poetry. Therefore, although the social ghazal is
not a new literary form and a significant part of it can be seen in the works of
the past poets of Persian literature (Hafiz, Saadi, etc.), but without a doubt, the
point of its emergence and relative evolution should be seen in He knew two
contemporary decades, from the constitutional era onwards. The content of this
type of sonnet is acute social issues. Freedom, suicide, AIDS, murder, poverty,
escape, apostasy, addiction, etc. are among the themes of social poetry. Despite
the progress it has made in the past three decades, especially in the last decade,
the social lyric has never been analyzed and accurately identified, and no one
has specialized in examining the content and structure of this poetic form. The
general structure of the current research, most of the themes, themes and content
of the poem, the thought and culture of the poet, especially the plan of social
issues in their sonnets, and in fact the way of emergence and strong presence of
the social sonnet, its position as a form of poetry from the beginning to today
have been the main goal. . The method of selecting the sonnets is mostly based
on the works, which are written in terms of spiritual structure, in accordance
with the thoughts and social ideals of the people.
