Abstract
Ayesha Darrani is one of the prominent poets of Afghanistan who lived in the 11th
century during the era of Timur Shah and his sons. Ayesha's childhood and adolescence
have been spent acquiring knowledge and learning the basics of poetry. According to
the researches, Ayesha's middle age was spent in marriage and raising her children, and
the end of her life turned to bitterness. Ayesha's first poem was written in the
description of Kabul, which was encouraged by Timur Shah. Then he completed Divan
Moomkali in 1232. In 1261, by the order of Abdur Rahman Khan, the government
printing house published Ayesha's Divan, which contains 3000 pieces of poetry in the
sections of odes, ghazals, masnavis, makhms and tarjie bandh, quatrains and couplets.
Despite her great ability in composing all kinds of Persian poetry, this lady poet has
been neglected and neglected. Although he had a pure trans-ethnic mentality, he
remained anonymous in the field of poetry and literature due to ethnic issues and his
divan was not favored. His poems have been divided into three parts in terms of
content: romantic ghazals, masnavis and odes with a mystical mood, and the period of
elegies. The present research was carried out in a descriptive way, and introduced and
analyzed Ayesha Darrani's poems. The findings of the research showed that he followed
the Iraqi style in composing poems and was most influenced by Hafez Shirazi.
