Abstract
The coordinates of the ideal city or the utopia, which has been used with
definitions such as Utopia, Nowhere, and Utopia, can be found in two ways.
One is to study the works of those who have directly talked about the utopia and
the ideal life environment of man and the other is to examine and consider the
works that explain the principles and characteristics for human behavior and life
and apply them. It is considered as the guarantor of human happiness and in
terms of their impact on the living space, in another way, it implies the
interpretation and introduction of an ideal city. This research, which was
conducted in an analytical-adaptive manner, investigated and analyzed the
utopia in Golestan Saadi and the Nizami Makhzan Al-asrar, and the purpose of
this research is to know the characteristics of the utopia in these two great
works. Utopia or good city has always been one of the concerns of intellectuals
and especially writers and poets and has had a prominent presence in literary
texts. In this article, the authors have investigated the concept of utopia in the
works of two great poets. For this purpose, they first explained this word and
reminded a brief history of the lives of both poets, then analyzed their poems in
order to analyze the idea of Utopia. The findings of the research showed that in
most utopias, courage and then generosity are considered as the main
characteristics of the residents of Madinah, and the position of these two
qualities in Madinah is so high that many thinkers and philosophers They have
devoted a large part of their book to it. Keywords: Utopia, Golestan,
